LEBANON VS. SOUTHMONT Game Time: 7 p.m. Place: Lebanon Records: Southmont is 4-3 (3-2) after losing to Western Boone 21-7; Lebanon is 6-1 (4-1) after beating Crawfordsville 63-14 First Meeting: Oct. 18, 1985 (Lebanon won 28-8) Last Meeting: Oct. 7, 2016 (Lebanon won 47-20) Last 10 Meetings: Lebanon leads 8-2 Last Southmont Win: Sept. 24, 2011 when Southmont won 34-21 Overall Series: Lebanon leads 23-9 Games at Lebanon: Lebanon leads 11-4 Notes: These two schools are meeting for the 33rd time since North Montgomery joined the Sagamore Athletic Conference in 1985… Lebanon needs a win to have any hopes for a SAC title as they currently trail Danville and Western Boone (who play one another Friday) by one game in the conference standings… Southmont is looking to secure an above .500 record in the SAC standings with a win… Lebanon has won the last five meetings and have won all five of those games by 14 or more points… Southmont’s last win at Lebanon came on Sept. 24, 2010 when it earned a 37-28 win… Eight of the previous 32 games have been decided by a touchdown or less, but the last game that close was in 2009… Lebanon quarterback Levi Jones has lit up the opposition this year as he has completed 77 of 144 passes for 1,278 yards, 14 TDs and just five interceptions… Senior running back Jaylen Washington leads the Tigers’ ground attack as he is leading the league with 1,048 yards on the ground in just 114 carries and has added 16 rushing TDs. As a team the Tigers are averaging 7.1 yards per rush on the season and rush for 22 yards a game and throw for 187 per game… Southmont QB Hunter Chadwick has completed 40 of 60 passes for 625 yards, six TDs and five interceptions… Reese VanCleave leads the team in rushing with 423 yards and Chadwick has 401…
